under 18

and need an abortion?

We're here for you.

Indiana’s abortion ban has been blocked in court. Abortion will remain legal in Indiana until at least January 19, 2023.

If you are under 18 years old, you need to get consent from one parent or guardian, OR get a judicial bypass, before you can have an abortion in Indiana.

We can help you understand your options, explain how the judicial bypass process works, and connect you to a free lawyer and funding assistance for your abortion if needed. Simply text or call us at (314) 476-6917.

You can also leave the state to access abortion care. For example, Illinois has no parental involvement laws, which means that young people can have an abortion without involving a parent in the decision.

Visit for the most up-to-date info on where you can get a legal abortion in Indiana or another state.

NOTE: If you want to have your abortion in Indiana and you need a judicial bypass, you should contact us BEFORE making an appointment at a clinic. You will need to take your judicial bypass order (paperwork) to your first appointment at the abortion clinic. You can call the clinic to schedule your counseling appointment and your abortion before you get the court paperwork, but the appointments can't take place until after your hearing date.
